Over time, I found myself most drawn to working with small and growing businesses - teams that are building something meaningful, often without the internal HR infrastructure to fully support them.
I started Operational eXcellence Consulting to provide that support in a way that feels approachable, practical, and aligned with how small businesses actually operate. I understand that most leaders aren’t looking for overly complex solutions. They’re looking for a trusted partner who can help them think through challenges, make sound decisions, and put the right foundations in place.
My style is collaborative and grounded. I bring structure and guidance where it’s needed, but I also meet clients where they are. I believe strong people practices are a key to building a sustainable business, and they don’t have to be complicated to be effective.
